Complete our exercise circuit while in pairs using a combination of strength and cardio exercises, burning fat, and building muscle. 

In just one short hour, our guided workout session will have you feeling energized and help you to burn calories for hours after your work out. 

You’ll never get bored as you’ll be challenged by a new work out circuit each visit.

Our Sessions are Held: 

  • Mondays at 6:30pm/7:30pm 
  • Tuesdays at 6:00am/6:30pm/7:30pm 
  • Wednesdays at 6:30pm/7:30pm 
  • Thursdays at 6:00am/6:30pm/7:30pm 
  • Saturdays at 8:00am
